CAR VS. POLE RT. 1 NORTH NEAR PLAINSBORO ROAD

The fire company was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident Rt.1 North just before Plainsboro Road on Friday September 15th 2006. The call came in around 1433hrs and units responded with Engine 49-1 and Rescue 49. Engine 49-1 arrived on location to find a single vehicle that struck a utility pole. Lt. 49 had command and he held the assignment to Engine 49-1. Crews secured the battery to the vehicle and waited for it to be removed. The driver of the vehicle was transported by Plainsboro Rescue Squad to Princeton Medical Center.
