Pursuant to Executive Order #107 and the declaration of a State of Emergency relative to
COVID-19, the April monthly meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners, Plainsboro Fire
District #1 will be held electronically using Google Meet.

This meeting meets the criteria specified by NJDCA/DLGS which can be found here:

Please use the information in this invitation to join the April monthly meeting. You may access
using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. If you are using a smartphone or tablet, please download
the Google Meet app in advance of the meeting. Alternatively, you may use the call-in
information to participate via voice only.

NOTE: If you participate by voice only, you will not see other participants and you will not see
any attachments or documents that are presented to the group electronically.
This meeting invitation is being cross-posted to the Fire Company website, Fire Company
Facebook page, Fire District Facebook page, and is being sent to the President of the Plainsboro
Rescue Squad for posting to their members, and the Deputy Mayor and Township Clerk of
Plainsboro Township for sharing with Township residents and Township government. The Public
Library is closed so no notice will be posted there. Printed notice of same will be posted on the
doors to the firehouse beginning Monday morning.

To ensure order during the teleconferenced meeting, only parties authorized and recognized by
the Chairman of the Board, Ted Wagner, may speak. If you wish to speak during public
comment, please wait until you are recognized by the Chairman or by the meeting facilitator
(Krishna).

Remember that our recording secretary, Lauralyn, will be taking notes and audio-recording the
session. By joining the meeting, you acknowledge and accept that audio recording is taking
place. Be sure to identify yourself prior to speaking, speak slowly and clearly, and mute yourself
unless you are needed for a discussion. Minimize background noise such as TVs, phones, and
other household members. Callers/participants who are disruptive to meeting business (including
those with background noise who prevent others from being heard or participating) will be muted
and/or removed from the meeting.
