MVA RT.1 NORTH AT COLLEGE ROAD

The fire company responded to a 2 car MVA on Route 1 North at College Road on Friday night 122906 approximately 2350 hrs. Chief 49 arrived on location and reported 2 car MVA with entrapment in both vehicles. Engine 49-1 arrived on location and went into service with the jaws of life and other rescue tools. Rescue 24 from Kingston assisted in the rescue assignment while Engine 44 Princeton Junction setup the landing zone for Northstar. Units remained on scene for an extended period of time providing lighting while the police conducted their accident investigation.
